La Dora Jones will split her time between the home in Seattle and Vancouver Canada. It is not known if the family rents while in Canada or stays with CV Jones.

161941 Mrs. Ladora Jones 88Mrs. Ladora Ellen Jones, widow of G. W. I. Jones, real estate dealer, observed her 88th birthday anniversary last evening at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Clinton C. Potts, 712 31st Ave. S with the daughter and three sons, George I. Jones, Seattle insurance man; R. A. Jones, sales manager for a cooperage company, and P. W. Jones, Puget Sound Navy Yard employee. A native of Illinois, Mrs. Jones has lived in Seattle forty years.
181944 Seattle Woman Celebrates Her 91st BirthdayA quiet family observance yesterday marked the 91st birthday anniversary of Mrs. Ladora Ellen Jones, 712 31st Ave S., who was born in Stringtown, Ind., January 22, 1853.
Mrs. Jones and her husband, the late G.W. I Jones, came to Seattle from Indiana in 1901. Mrs. Jones has outlived eight of her 12 children. The four remaining were with her yesterday to help her celebrate. They are Mrs. C. C. Potts, P. W. Jones, George I. Jones and Robert A. Jones, all of Seattle. The pioneer Seattleite also has nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
19After the deaths of GWI and CV La Dora will live the rest of her life at the 712 home in Seattle.
1930 Census has La Dora and her daughter Hazel Sr living in the property next door, 720 31st Ave S. Hazel’s two daughters are residing in the home on 712 with their husbands and children.
Hazel (Jones) Aurelius and her daughters will move in with her after the death of Harry Aurelius abt 1918. Hazel will keep the family home eventually passing it to one of her grand children.

Memory (from Dorene Kenkman) “LaDora would be dressed up with her Coat, Hat and Fur stowl and get on the Jackson Street Car on a Sunday and ride it to the end of the line at Volunteer Park and then ride home for a Sunday outing”
Also form Dorene, “Jones home in Chicago burned down. LaDora saved the baby (not sure which child) and she and CV watched the house burn. CV had his investment money (almost $1000) in the house when it burned.”
