JOHN WIBLEY
DIED MONDAY
WELL- KNOWN MARYSVILLE
CITIZEN SUCCUMBED AFTER
BEING ILL SIX WEEKS.
John A. Wibley, aged 58, succumbed
at his residence in Milford Avenue, Monday
morning at 1:15'clock following six weeks,
illness of cancer. He was a native of London,
Ohio, born April 26, 1865.
The deceased was twice married, his first wife,
Lena Jones, died July 26, 1906, and on December 21,
1907 he united in marriage with Ida Mitchell
who survives him. The following children
by the first marriage survive: Mable Buck of
Springfield, O; Jane Martin, of Detroit Mich.;
Irene Emmert and Charles Wibley, of Marysville,
and Phoebe Sparrow, of Springfield. Four children
by the second marriage, Wesley, John, Helen and
Annabelle, of Marysville, also survive. Four
children are deceased.
Mr. Wibley was a meat cutter and for many year
was employed in local markets. He was a member
of the Eagles Lodge. One sister and two brothers
are deceased. Sixteen grandchildren and three
great grandchildren survive.
Funeral services Wednesday afternoon at 1:30
o'clock at the Miller Funeral Home in charge of
E. J. Morgan and burial at London in care of L. H.
Miller.
