I currently do not have proof that this Isaac Jones is the son of William Jones. Birthdate records from the Jones Lineage Letter match with the census of 1860 and 1870 and the families have married before.

Obit - London Times April 28, 1875
Jones - In London, April 27, 1875, of typhoid fever, Isaac Jones, aged 59 years, lacking two days.
The deceased had been sick for several weeks, and at one time was thought to be nearly recovered, but relapsed, and died as above stated. He was one of London’s old citizens, an industrious, honest and much respected man. He leaves a large family connection to mourn his death. The funeral services will be pronounced from his late residence, East First Street, this afternoon at 2 o’clock by Rev. T. H. Moore.
