DENVER - Services for Flossie B. Shelley, 86, of Denver, will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday in McClain Funeral Home. She died at 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 14, 1997, at her residence. Born Aug. 18, 1910, in Denver, she was the daughter of Charles Henry and Ida May Breidenstine DeWald. A graduate of Jefferson Township High School, Mexico, she retired from Olin Corporation, Peru. She was a life member of Denver United Methodist Church, where she was church pianist. Surviving are one daughter, Lois A, Berry, Denver; one brother, Harold DeWald, Rt. 3, Peru; three grandchildren, Bryan Berry, Lithia, Fla., Kenneth Berry, Ashville, N.C., and Holly Anne Berry, Boca Raton, Fla.; and three great-grandchildren. One son, Charles Allen Shelley, one infant brother and one sister, Laura Arlene DeWald, preceded in death. The Rev. James Newton will officiate at the services. Burial will be in Westlawn Cemetery, Denver. Friends may call from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home.
