Mrs. Anthony Scunziano, 78, the former Mrs. Walter Anderson of Rosholt, died Friday in Whitestone, N.Y., where she had lived for many years.
Funeral services will be held Sunday evening at a funeral chapel in Whitestone, and burial will follow there Monday.
A memorial fund for the new Faith Lutheran Church in Rosholt has been established in her name, with Mr. and Mrs. Luell Dobbe of Galloway in charge.
Mrs. Scunziano was the former Ida Brekke, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Brekke. She was born in Rosholt Nov 28, 1892 and for many years was organist at Concordia Lutheran Church there.
More than 30 years ago she moved to Madison and then to Whitestone, where her first husband died about 20 years ago.
She married Mr. Scunziano Sept. 5, 1969.
Surviving are her husband, three daughters:. Mrs. Gloria Hale, Whitestone; Mrs. Russell (Sara) Lane, Los Angeles, Calif.; and Mrs. Thomas (Donna) Quinn, Bensenville, Ill.; a sister, Mrs. Clarence Olson, Marshfield; and a brother, Lester Brekke, Fort Atkinson.
