BESTUL, Celia, age 85 years, of Poulsbo, Wash., passed away Thursday, Feb. 3, (1955) in Poulsbo following a brief illness. Mrs. Bestul was a former resident of Ferndale, a member of the Lutheran Free Church of Ferndale and was the widow of Rev. J. L. Bestul, former pastor of that church. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Agnes Sommerseth of Edmonds; two sons, Sylvan of Washington, D. C., Luther of Ferndale; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Monday, Feb. 7, aat 2 p. m. at the Lutheran Free Church in Ferndale with the Reverend John Hjemeland and Reverend Hamar Benson officiating. Interment in the family plot at Woodlawn Cemetery under direction of the Monroe Funeral Home of Ferndale.
