Buckles Carlos Edwin was born July 19, 1881 to Edwin H. and Sarah Howenstine Buckles. On Dec. 14, 1904 he was united in marriage to Iva M. Fuller. She died in April 1909. On Dec. 23, 1911 he married Cecelia Maud Lawrence. Surviving are the wife; a son, Stanley; a foster son, Donald Williams, his aged mother; a sister, Nina who resides with her mother; and a brother, Maynard R. of Susanville, Calif. + 11-?-1939
