This is to advise you that Laura passed away at 8:30pm, 3/23/81, at Hillhaven Convalescent Hospital, Santa Ana, California.

Her condition took a turn for the worse on Tuesday, the 17th, when she apparently had another stroke. Since then we feel that she hasn't known us. Since then we have had full special nursing care. The nurse who was with her this p.m. said her passing was very peaceful.

As many of you know, in 1953, Laura had willed her body to the U.C.L.A. Medical Center at Los Angeles, and further she had requested that no funeral service be held.

Laura was a very fine person and both my wife and I are very sad at the loss of a good friend.
