Misc. Notes
Inger is the daughter of Anders and Inger Andersen, but Anders had many names and also used the surname Fagerholt which is the farm name where he lived in Norway. His first name is actually Anund (he often used Amund, Anders and Andrew) his wife was Inger Klausdatter.

Born at Skye farm in Tanum parish, Brunlanes, Vestfold, Norway, present day Larvik. Inger is the daughter of Anund Amundsen Fagerholt (also known as Andrew Amundsen, Amund Anundsen and Anund Andersen Fagerholt as well as other variations) and Inger Klausdatter Fagerholt who emigrated to the US in 1868. Inger's maiden name was also recorded as Inger Andersen as well as Inger Anundsen in addition to sometimes referencing the farm name "Fagerholt". These patronym and surname practices were often used in Norway. The variations were fluid and changeable, often really identifiers rather than true surnames. As immigrats the family adopted differing surnames.
Inger was the wife of Olaus Dahl, married in 6 Apr 1883 at Zion Lutheran Church, Hoople ND. She is also the sister of Abrahamine "Louise" Fagerholt Hanson and Amund "Andrew" Fagerholt of Walsh County. A sister, Karen Elisabeth Amundsdatter Fagerholdt Johnson, settled near Green Bay, Wisconsin.
