PAUL J SYMONDS
Paul J. Symonds, 59, of 2016 E. 89th St., died Friday after a six months’ illness. He was a sign-painting contractor.
Rose Croix funeral services will be held at 1 o’clock Tuesday in Hoffner’s Fisher-Kalfus Funeral Home. Burial will be in Washelli.
Mr. Symonds was born in Niagara Falls, N. Y. He came to Seattle in 1909.
Mr. Symonds was a member of the Sign Painters’ Union, Local 435; the Seattle Commodity Club; Arcana Lodge No. 87, F. & A. M.; Scottish Rite bodies, and Nile Temple of the Shrine.
Surviving are his wife, Irene; a daughter, Mrs. Guy Spellman, and two grandchildren.

Washington Death Certificate shows father as Charles E Symonds and mother as Minnie Syuphre.

SYMONDS – In this city, April 28, 1918. Minnie Symonds, aged 48 years, beloved wife of C. E. Symonds and mother of Paul J. Symonds.
Funeral services will be held tomorrow, Tuesday, 2 p.m., at Seattle Undertaking Parlors. Interment at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
