The funeral of Miss Elfrida Simmons, who died at Fortson Tuesday, occurred at this place today at 11:00 o'clock, Rev. H. E. Ballson officiating. Burial took place in Harwood cemetery under direction of undertaker Moll, a number of Fortson friends attending the obsequies. Deceased was 20 years of age, death being due to tuberculosis.

OBITUARY
Elfrida Clara Simmons was born in Everett, May 3, 1895. she had suffered with tuberculosis for the past five months, and died at her parental home in Fortson August 18, 1915, aged 20 years, 3 months and 15 days.
Deceased had attended school at Darrington and Everett, having resided at the latter place for the past three years.
Burial took place at the Harwood cemetery, Arlington, beside a brother who was killed at Darrington July 4, 1911.
She leaves to mourn her death, father and mother, three sisters and a brother.
