Clara Wehmhoefer was born April 29, 1905 in Crete, Illinois. She moved with her family in 1910 to the Minot, ND area. She married Iver Monshaugen in Minot. They moved in 1943. She died Monday, April 13, 1998 in Hilcrest Manor, Enderlin, ND She also lived in Leonard and Nekoma, ND.

Clara Wehmhoefer was born April 29, 1905, in Crete, Ill. She moved with her family in 1910 to the Minot, N.D., area. She married Iver Monshaugen in Minot. They moved in 1943 to Nekoma, where they owned and operated a general store. After he died in 1952, the family continued to operate the store for several years. She married Edwin Fauske in 1955. He died in 1970. In 1980, she moved to Leonard and in 1994 she moved to Hillcrest Manor.
She is survived by two daughters, Selma Oyos, Leonard, Audrey (Ronald) Jones, San Francisco; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
