Lucille M. Larson, 103, of Duluth, passed away Friday, Aug. 6, 2010, in Benedictine Health Center with her daughters by her side.
Lucille was born Aug. 29, 1906, in Duluth to Oscar and Emma Dahl.
She attended Young and Hursh Business School and then worked for an attorney as a court reporter. Lucille married Lester Larson July 3, 1925, and later moved to Pettibone, N.D., where they farmed until 1936. They moved back to Duluth and in 1948 to Culver.
Lucille was preceded in death by her husband, Lester; son David; and daughter Muriel Sue.
She is survived by her daughters, Shirley, Luanne and Carole; 14 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
The family would like to thank the staff at Benedictine for their loving care of Lucille.
Memorials will be donated to Lutheran World Hunger.
FAMILY WILL GREET FRIENDS: 10 until the 11 a.m. memorial service Aug. 14 in Family of God Lutheran Church, 4097 Martin Road, Duluth, MN 55803. Services entrusted to the Cremation Society of Minnesota, 624-5200.
