Frances D Abbey married G W Earl in 1905 in Portland (her obituary). In 1910 she was living by herself, a widow, in Portland. Perhaps the marriage didn't last. George Washington Earl is the only logical name in the Oregon Death Index (an assumption). In 1910 two George W Earls lived in Portland, one 64 b. OH, widower, and his cousin 67 b. OH, married, and his cousin's wife.103
