In 1900 Dorothy b. 10/1897 NY, was living with the Leslie Patterson family in McKean County, along with her sister Maud and her brother Forrest. The 1963 obituary of her mother says she was survived by two daughters, Mrs. Dorothy E Adams of Santa Ana (Orange County) and Mrs. Pearl Cox of Warren, Ohio. An earlier postcard of Fannie and daughters names her as Dorothy Williams. In 1930 Roy J Williams 32 b. NY, auto salesman, lived on Cleveland Rd in Ravenna, Portage, OH with Dorothy 31 b. PA (parents b. PA), dress seamstress, and children Ronald 13 b. NY and Pearl 11 b. NY; Roy was first married at 18 and Dorothy at 17. In 1936 Mr & Mrs Ronald Williams and Mrs Dorothy Williams of Bradford attended the 12 Annual Pattison Reunion (McKean County Democrat 7-30-1936). The McKean County Democrat of 2-03-1938 has two short pieces, one that "Mrs Frances Puckett of Los Gatos CA and Mrs Dorothy Williams of Bradford were visitors in Smethport," and "Mrs Frances Abbey Puckett, Mrs Nettie Abbey, Mrs Dorothy Williams, Miss Hazel Abbey, and Kenton Abbey called on Mrs Clara Patterson at Coleville." By contrast, the 1942 obit of Forrest C Abbey, in The Democrat, said he was survived by Mrs Dorothy Adams and Maud Rhodes of Los Gatos.
