Mrs. Sarah Catherine Tyler, aged 76 years, a native of London, died Monday night at the home of her sister. Mrs. William J. Savage, Columbus. Mrs Tyler had been ill since last June, when she suffered a stroke of apoplexy while on a visit in Michigan. She was the daughter of William and Sarah Jones. Her father was at one time proprietor of the Phifer House now known as the Hotel London. She is survived by two sisters: Mrs. Savage, and Mrs Otway Watson of Syracuse, N.Y. The funeral service was held in Columbus Wednesday evening. The body was brought to London this morning and buried in Oak Hill cemetery.
