Departed this life November 26, 1996 after a valiant battle with cancer.
Beloved long-time companion of Lisa M. Guichard-Carrion. Devoted son of Barbara Naegel and the late Ora Naegle of Redwood City. Greatly loved brother of Diane Woods of Hayward and Gayle Howe of Indianopolis; and brothers-in-law Buzz Woods and Jerry Howe.
Loving father to Constance Naegle; Standord Naegle, Jr., daughter-in-law Tammy Naegle; Damien, Dominic and Xavier Guichard-Carrion.
Devoted grandfather to Shandra and Alycia Naegle; Giavanna Rusca. Loving uncle to Diane Fontaine Woods; Richard Woods and fiance’ Sandi Pinkerton; Robert Bertelsen and wife Susan Bertelsen; Barbara and Jennifer Wenger of Indianapolis; great-uncle to Benjamin, Samuel, Katelyn and Elizabeth Bertelsen.
Born at Stanford, which was his namesake, a native Californian raised in Redwood City and long time resident of Alameda; aged 52 years. A life time member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, direct descendent of founding member John Conrad Naegle. His is survived by many family member both here and in Utah.
He was a computer technician specialist for Pacific Bell Telephone Company for over 20 years. He will be greatly missed by his fellow workers and all who knew and loved him. In memory of Stanford Keith Naegle, Sr.; Edward and Elizabeth Guichard will hold a service on Sunday December 15, 1996 at 5:00 p.m. by invitation only. Memorial contributions may be sent to the American Cancer Society.49
