PAUL3 BEEZLEY (WILLIAM (BEASELEY)2, JOHN (BEASELEY)1) was born January 15, 1804 in Withams ville, Clermont County, Ohio, and died May 29, 1855 in Washington Township, Noble County, Ind iana, buried Metz Cemetery. He married MARY W. PLUM August 18, 1822 in Clark County, Ohio. Notes for PAUL BEEZLEY: Paul died at age 51 years, 4 months & 14 days This Indenture. Witnesseth, that Paul Beezley and Mary Beezley his wife of the County of Nobl e and State of Indiana, inconsideration of one hundred and twenty dollars to them in hand pai d by Abrham Beaublossom of the County and State aforesaid the receipt whereof is hereby ackno wledged do hereby bargain, sell and convey to the said Abraham Beaublossom, his heirs and ass ignees forever the following real estate in Noble County and State of Indiana and described a s follows. The North West quarter of the North West Range Eight (8) East containing forty acr es more or less. Together with all the privileges and appurtenances to the same belonging. T o have and to hold the same to the said Abraham Beaublossom, his heir and assign forever. Th e granter, their heir and assigns hereby covenanting with the granter his heirs and assigns t hat the title so conveyed is clear free and unencumbered ant that they will warrant and defen d the same against all claims whatsoever. IN witness whereof the said Paul Beezley and Mary B eezley, his wife who hereby relinquishes her dower and promises have hereunto set their hand s and seals and this firs day of January, Eighteen hundred and fifty one, 1851. Signed Sealed and delivered in presence of David Ohlwine Paul Beezley State of Indiana her Noble County Mary # Beezley mark Personally appeared before me the undersigned Justice of the Peace in and for said County. Paul and Mary Beezley, his wife, the granters in the above conveyance and acknowledged the sa me to be his voluntary act or deed. And the said Mary Beezley, wife of the said Paul Beezle y being examined by now separate end and apart from and without hearing of her said husband a nd the contents of said deed make known and explained to her, she declared that she accepts t he same of her own free will and accord and without coercion or compulsion from her husband .
