Wiley Frederick A "Pat", 62, of Wolf Lake, died at 9:59 p.m. Wednesday in Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne. He was born May 16, 1924 in Kimmell to Nathaniel Prentice and Mildred Frances (Drake) Wiley. On June 3, 1945 in Merriam he married Marceil McDowell. A lifetime area resident, he was a retired farmer and truck driver for Hudson Trucking Co., Kendallville, and was former fire chief for Wolf Lake Fire Dept. Surviving are his wife; a daughter, Mrs. Alan (April) Billings of Fort Wayne; 2 sons, Frederick Jr. of Albion and Robyn A. of Fort Wayne; a sister, Mrs. Clarence (Emma Jean) Gaff of Kimmell; 2 brothers, Nathaniel P. Jr. of Montgomery, Ala.; and David A. of Bloomington; and 8 grandchildren. Services will be Saturday in Orr Funeral Home, Ligonier. Burial, Stringtown Cemetery. + 7-30-1986
