Mr. Walker was born Oct. 20, 1911, in Turner. After graduating from high school he moved to Lebanon, where he lived for 50 years. He moved to Tigard in 1991. He was a lifetime member of the Lebanon Elks and Lebanon Presbyterian Church. In 1935, he married Rita A. Jones.
Survivors include his wife and daughter, Sally Anne.
